• Do you have menu 2? Is your car an Exx model? —> CIC
• Do you have menu 2? Is your car from before 2010 and an Fxx model?
  –> CIC
• Do you have menu 2 and is the car an Fxx model?
  Is your car from before 2012 but after 2010? –> check the connector on the
  monitor
• Do you have menu 2? Is your car from after 2012
  and is the car an Fxx model? –> NBT

via software.We can NOT turn on Android Auto through software. So if you want
Android Auto you need this Multimedia Interface anyway.Software activation
